“Arrived 3am in the morning at car park. Waited less than 5mins and the driver was very good with information. So much improved since last year when it took over half an hour to get on bus because every bus was full. So well done jet parks.”
“On the way in had to use the intercom to access the car park and on the way out the machine came up with a £300 charge which I paid for the car park upfront so had to call the intercom yet again. To be told it’s because I booked through a 3rd party if that’s the reason then this should be a easy problem for your company to solve as its a shock to your customers early hours after a long flight.”
