“On departure we got parked fine a small queue for the bus which was fine didn’t wait to long
On arrival the queues was so long there was a sign that said jet parks & long stay bus however you are all in the same queue when the jet parks bus arrived we left the queue to get on the bus which only had a few people on just got to doors and he drove off he would of seen us in his mirrors this was very frustrating as we had to wait for over 20mins for another bus 2 long stay buses came and wait the driver even got out and said long stay passengers only meanwhile the queue is building even more
I think either 2 seperate queues or the driver needs to get out and ask if anyone in the queue is jet parks not sure I’d use park and ride again”
“Was well organised and super easy to use. Even though we arrived back to Stansted at 4am as was delayed the shuttle bus was waiting and was very clear with drop off points. I will be using this car park again next time, thank you”
