“I opted for a parking space at Jetparksbecause I thought they were good value for money. Admittedly they are a bit further away from the terminal at Stansted but not by too much. Unfortunately, the bus bringing us from the terminal to the car park, on our return trip, broke down and we had to walk to our car. Not the best way to end our holiday at 2 o'clock in the morning, after a long, uncomfortable and tiring flight. Please make sure your buses are reliable.”
“Very easy to park and ride buses every 15 min straight to departures and on return again lots of buses and dropped off right by parking area
And most importantly very well priced compared to Gatwick Birmingham Manchester ect

“A bit disappointed when on return to Stansted after a delay out of our control we were charged an extra £40.00 which I feel is excessive. I understand there is a 6 hour waiver but we could not avoid this , how can I claim my £40.00 back please .”
“It would be great to have more buses running as scheduled to and from Jetparks, buses were scheduled to run every 15mins but ended having to wait over 30mins for a bus. Overall, a safe place to leave your car, the parking is well lit and the car park is kept very tidy.”
“Jetparks was easy to find with good signage & It was easy to get the transfer bus both to the airport & back. Both bus drivers were very friendly
