“My booking started from 00.00, I got there around 10 o'clock in the morning, and I couldn't get in until I called the car park operators, and I was told that is my fault because I was "late"... I was told (Michelle was the name), that they reserve a space for me, and I should be there on time and got a proper scolding for not doing so. So I'm paying them to reserve a space in that period of time (and it's not cheap !!), and logically you should be able to enter and exit anytime during that interval. But I get a scolding for going there late, which doesn't make any sense. I wonder why I didn't get a similar treatment when I left the car park 6 hours earlier, or maybe that makes them happy to sell that space for someone else ?”
“Seamless entry and exit, safe, well-lit and generous sized parking spaces. Good bus service to the airport but less so on our return where 3 long stay buses pitched up before a single jet parks one did. Overall, good value and service though.”
“A good location with friendly drivers. The directions were very good, but the shared bus stop (long stay bus goes from there as well) caused confusion for some passengers as they tried to get on the wrong one!
Despite that, I would highly recommend them.”
