“I think it is a shame that I had to pay an extra £40 for being late 10 mins after my time. The bus comes every 15 minutes and you can’t be in control of time sometimes so that’s the only negative”
“Great car park, no issues at all. Friendly staff and regular transfer bus. Only problem for us is that we paid for parking for 9 days but only used it for about 4 hrs due to IT issues at Stanstead on 11.5.25 so had to relocate to Gatwick to catch a different flight and pay for further parking there (APH). This wasn’t the fault of JetParks however. Would recommend and use again!”
