“There was an issue on our return when several people pressed the button to request the bus to stop at bus stop 21, but it didn't stop. When complaints were made by the passengers, the Driver said if more than 1 person presses the stop button, it is cancelled out! We were dropped off at the next stop and has to walk back.”

On the return journey, i only had to wait a couple of minutes for the bus.
The onlt problem i had was the road works on the roundabount, there was a long delay.”
“Transfers to the airport took between 25-30 mins. When we were being picked up, we initially went to the drop off section which was around a 40 second walk away from the pickup bit. The driver told us we are not aloud on at the pickup bit. We then walked the 40 seconds to the pickup up bit where the same driver was picking us up anyways. The driver also had an attitude and was more interested in vaping than customer service it seemed at the time.”
“It was very easy. Simply drive up to the barrier at the entrance and the camera reads your number plate and the barrier opens. Then it's a case of finding a parking space in the designated parking area and catch the shuttle bus to the terminal. The buses run every 15 minutes.
Because we keep our car keys, there was no worry about anyone else taking the car for a joy-ride!
Would definitely recommend.”
“Excellent and easy, booking system is straight forward you park your own car and keep the keys then hop on a bus to the airport. On return hop the bus back and collect your car. Simple.”
