“We had an awful experience using JetParks! The only easy thing about it was finding the car park, it's well signposted. When flying out, we waited 45 minutes for the bus that runs "every 15 minutes" making our whole time in the actual airport rushed and panicked and cut it extremely fine for our flight. There was so many people waiting for the bus that couldn't fit on it as it had been so long between them. We were lucky in that respect as they had to wait even longer! Getting the bus back was a shambles too as it never stated what car park we were going back to so we got on at the JetParks bus stop thinking it would go round the long stay and JetParks. It didn't. So we had to get off and walk around an unpaved main road for 20 mins at 2am with all of our luggage to get back to the right car park. Will never use again and would not recommend it for anyone!! Would have been easier to get a taxi for the same price we paid to park for a week!”
“After using JetParks a couple of times then the system is easy to use. Perhaps better initial signing or instructions to follow arrows to open parking areas would improve things for new users but generally everything is easy to follow!”
