“It seems that it is Jetparks strategy to renumber or change the letter identity of the bus stops at a whim. When I arrived to park my car I was directed to car park V. The bus stop was also lettered V and I took a photo of this to remind myself. On my return there was no bus stop V. It had been changed to bus stop T. This was very confusing and I didn't know if I was at the right stop or not. When I asked the driver he was unable to confirm that it had been changed from V though he did say that it also served car park V. On a previous occasion that I used your car park and returned to Stansted airport late in the evening and had waited ages for your car park bus to arrive before I discovered that the bus taking customers to jetparks was the bus used for long stay passengers. The driver who spoke little English, dropped me off at the wrong stop. It took a half an hour to find my way to the correct parking location with jetparks.
This in my mind is poor customer service and it is only because your car parking is cheaper than long stay that I decided to stay with you for this latest trip.”

Only real issue was the bus stop signage outside airport to car park, need separate stops for JetParks & Long Stay”
