“On time pickups, always within their 15min target time. The bus is clean. There are clear signs showing the closed and open parking areas
There was a lot of closed parking area, even though the parking was not full causing a long ride around the parking lot before you’re able to park.”
“Not the best experience. Arrived at 3.45am on a Sunday morning - followed the signs to car park "R" which was apparently open with spaces. Drove round 4 times following a succession of other cars to find NO spaces available and other cars were still driving in behind me also attempting to locate a parking space. Obviously because of the time of the day there was no-one around to provide assistance and we could have done without the added stress of locating somewhere to park (which had been pre-booked for 8 months, it's not like I turned up on spec). Ended up having to park in a "closed" space which had spaces, as did a number of other cars. Then had to walk back to the bus stop at the "open" car park and waited on the bus for nearly 15 minutes before it left for the airport. Would not park here again.”
