“Was very concerned after reading some of the reviews that I was going to make it to the airport to get my plane ..we arrived at 3am just as a bus was leaving and was on the next bus which arrived within 15mins...staff very helpful even at that time in the morning!! No problems getting back to car either when home. Would book and use again!”
“45 mins wait for pick up from the car park put us at risk of missing our flight. Every bus stop was packed with 50 people. Unforgivable given everyone has booked and provided their arrival time. Should be able to plan bus capacity accordingly.”
“The parking was fine to get in and get out off the car park But waiting at the terminal for a bus was not good you say the buses come every 15 mins But WE HAD TO WAIT OVER 25 MINS FOR ONE to take us back to the car park . All so the driver on the bus was not very helpful and did seem the have a attitude problem and at the terminal because nothing to say what was the front of the queue so people were trying to ruch to get on so more buses would be better”
