“Parking car was ok and getting on bus but coming back was the problem it says buses run every 15mins but we had to wait over half for a bus to arrive”
“Busses run more like hourly than every 15 minutes. This means buses are 'rammed' often leaving customers having to wait for the next bus, especially when waiting for a bus at 3am to take you to the terminal. On the return at the terminal it's a bit of a crowd rather than an orderly queue and the announcements when dropping at the MANY stops are unclear and easy to miss. Unfortunately there's not a lot of competition :-(”
“Very unpleasant experience. When we had to get in the barrier didn’t open . We had to wait 15 min until someone from assistance answered to let us in. When we had to leave same issue, we inserted the ticket given when we got in and the display was saying we have to pay £170 to can get out we had to wait other 20 min until someone from assistance checked our booking reference and out payment to let us out ! Very unpleasant! We never had un issue with Jetparks Luton ! This on Stansted is a mess . And then a problem with the coach for the airport, when we came back we were waiting more then 30 minutes, and when we got to the car park all bus stops were full of angry people because no bus was coming to take them to the airport, all buses were just dropping off…..”
