“On arrival at the barrier to enter the car park there was an issue as the barrier didn`t seem to be letting the vehicles via details on their Mobile phones. The car in front of us had been there for at least 15 even though they had pressed a button for assistance.
The next car had the same issue so they asked us to try. We had a paper copy as well as information on my phone. It accepted the paper copy and let us straight through. The people behind were having to call for assistance.
The reason why I have given poor but would still recommend is hopefully this issue will be sorted. The rest of the experience was very good and seemed to work well.”
“Very poor experience. Signage st car park led over 30 of us queing for a bus in R. The terminal bus went straight past everyone. The intercom was used and a very unhelpful person on end said we should have all parked in T. Bear in mind no one knew each other we had all parked in R so signage was wrong. We were told to all walk with luggage to T which was unclear where that was. It was dark and 4 o’clock in morning. We tried to flag another empty bus down but would not let us on. Will never use jet parks again. Lady on intercom was really rude.”
