“It was easy to find directions in the email were spot on. I liked the fact that you could cancel or make changes up to 24 hours before arrival. I had to change the time due to Jet2 issuing delay warning at the airport. It was easy to change confirmation was instant. My issue was there were no disabled parking bays and when I got back to my car some idiot has parked at an angle and was over the parking lines. I couldn't get into the driver's seat and had to ask a passer by to try and get in the car and move it out of the bay so I can open the door fully to get in”
