“Whilst the service was excellent, attention needs to be paid to the car park surface. It is just a dirt car park and on arrival was wet. It was difficult to negotiate our luggage from the car boot to the minibus throught the mud and puddles. Otherwise the service was very good.”
“Though close to the terminal and around £11 cheaper than other long term car parks, this is not the place to leave your beloved vehicle. It looks like a scrap yard on arrival, huge potholes everywhere and the customer van was disgusting.
No consideration given to customers with mobility issues, getting into the van with a knee problem was like climbing up Everest on one leg. AVOID!”
“I think it is time the the carpark was surfaced properly and some proper toilets installed. The pathway they have put in round the perimeter is almost blocked by cars parked poorly and the surface of the carpark is in a poor state especially when it has to be negotieated in the dark.
They must be over booked as on the last two occassions my car was moved to another Car park for most of the week.”
