“My barcode didn’t work so ended up being stuck and couldn’t get into the car park. On the way out the ticket didn’t work and said I owed £186 even though I paid over a month in advance. No staff on site to ask either. My confirmation email says stansted but above says Gatwick!! Terrible experience.”
