“Extremely convenient. Clear arrival/leaving instructions. Well signposted. Only took 6 mins to walk from car to Departures. Decent price. When we got back to the car after our holiday, we simply got back in and drive off - no faff, no waiting around for anyone etc.

“Was told in email when booking that barrier would lift on arrival recognising my reg plate , it didn't had to take a ticket.
Parked easily plenty of spaces.
On departing was told the same barrier would lift but didn't put ticket it which had my reg on it charge was £330!! Pressed help button explained and barrier lifted so didn't have to pay . But was worried needs better system at barriers.”
“The blue carpark is much further away from the terminal than it appears on the map.
You have to leave at least 15 mins to walk with your luggage which we didn't know about so were in a rush and stressed right at the beginning of our trip.
Also very very difficult to find the car again especially in the dark as unlike Heathrow parking the bays are not numbered and the zones are not well marked”
“It's quite a trek between the car park and the terminal, much of it uncovered. If it was raining, you could get very wet. I will not use it again, for that reason.”
