“Quick & Easy. I Pre-Booked & arrived 30 minutes earlier than planned. This was not an issue. Found a empty bay & left the car. It was a short walk (10m max) to the terminal.
Same drill but in reverse when it came to collecting the car. The barrier read the car reg & we were on our way. Completely hassle free. Would definatley use again.”
“You never reallu know how far a carpark is to the departiures until you pack up, but we were happily surprised that it wasn't too far realy.
The space for the cars was generous, and we felt our car was safe while we went away.
We would happily park there again”
“Easy to find - easy to get to the terminal - one area for improvement would be to increase the amount of exit signs. We parked in Navy zone row 3 and was unsure where to go to get out as it wasnt clear....”
“I pre-paid for my parking, but it didn't work very well. The barrier at the car part didn't rise automatically as promised, and instead I had to take a ticket. When I returned from holiday, again the barrier didn't rise automatically and instead when I put the ticket in it tried to charge me £325! I managed to get everything sorted out by speaking to the operative through the intercom (who was efficient), but it was a stress that I didn't need or want. Please could you sort out your pre-payment system. Many thanks.”
