“I found it very easy to park and good value for money. The location of the car park was excellent. My only concern was that on arrival the barrier did not raise as I approached it, which I expected it to as this was written in the literature I received. So I had to take a ticket from the machine to get the barrier to raise. This caused me a bit of concern as I was worried that I would have to pay a lot of money as I left the carpark. However, I contacted your customer services and they explained that there was no problem. Leaving the car park was no problem as the barrier raised as soon as I pulled up to it. In short I would recommend your company and would use them again.”
