“first at the barier I called 3 times and finally someone picked up to let me in in 10mins,the there was no free space was driving for 10 mins to look for parking space and in the end its 15 mins walk with bags to the airport,will never use again”

“The barrier did not raise when we arrived. In the email, it said that the barrier will automatically raise as it will recognise the number plate. But it did not. Why have two different set of rows? Why not have rows 1-24 instead of two sets of rows. Very confusing.”
