“We had no problem until exit if you follow directions it sends you to the right place but when you quickly look at it you see cones blocking it off. Bit once you look to the left there is a small lane that is the exit”

The reason for the 3 star is that as a 'victim' of the IT outage and a cancelled flight on 19/7 I contacted APH to notify them I was going to be late back (at that time for an unknown period of time.)
I received an email from APH washing their hands of the situation and that I would have to pay the substantial late return fees (nearly £70 for each 24 hour period )
To my relief when returning just inside the first 24hr period the car park staff told me they were waiving the fine which was a brilliant response to a situation I had not caused.
I have no reason to think APH had any hand in this.”
