“The sign for where spaces were was wrong. Drove around for 10 mins and had the furthest walk to terminal. Didn’t tell that it was in torrential rain. Need shelters as my elderly mum struggled and got absolutely soaked. Maybe have a drop off point for people before they park? And then I could have parked and left her there for the 15 mins with the cases. There used to be a shuttle bus too but that doesn’t run anymore”
