“Instructions on accessing and exiting the car park are confusing and need to be clearer. Online help not much better. No real problems with the parking. It’s a longer walk to the terminal than suggested. I’d say 10 mins plus depending on where you can find a space.”
“Whilst our car was safe at the Blue Zone car park , please note two problems that we experienced:
1. The location of the Blue Zone car park was well beyond the "5 minute" walking time quoted in your website car park booking publicity - it was more like a 20 minutes walk from the airport terminal.
2. The design of the "Blue Zone" car park is such that there are several parking rows with the same row number. Each sector has a "Blue" notation and the repeated row nos. (ours was "Row 12") means that we found that finding our car across the wider "Blue" car park area was most complicated and confusing/stressful after our long flight journey.”
