“It was very easy to use as it recognises reg no. and automatically issues ticket and open barrier. It's under the roof and hardly take 7 min by walking to get main departure area. Upon arrival again barrier open automatically when you leave. We booked via APH which customer service was excellent as I had to extend time bit more as my flight were delayed due to strike.”
“I booked in advance and it was supposed to recognise my number plate but it didn't happen on entrance so I had to press for a ticket. On exit it failed to recognise my number plate again and on putting my ticket in I was issued with a ticket of £400 odd for a weeks stay! It was sorted with a call through to the operator but was a hassle I could have done without at 3 in the morning.”
