“I wasn’t awarded any type of discount / reimbursement when I told the customer services team I had left the airport car park and only used 5 minutes worth of time of the 3 days I had been charged for. The worst customer service I think I have ever received and just goes to show how greedy these car parking facilities management companies are. Will never use again and will definitely not recommend.”
“Parking fine, about 6-8 minute walk to terminal, takes the hassle out of having to wait for another transfer bus.
Lower rating given as the ANPR device didn't recognise my number plate, so bit of unnecessary faffing to get in and out of the car park....”
