“Very straight forward. Paid in advance so when leaving you just have to draw up to barrier which automatically raises due to numberplate recognition.”
“No sign outside telling you that it is the Green car park (we had to use process of elimination!) and the exits on each floor are so tight they would be extremely difficult to navigate in a large car. Very rudimentary car park given it cost us almost £100 for just a long weekend in May! There was also much more walking than if you stay at then cheaper (and far easier) mid-stay, so I would not bother again!”
“The parking facility exhibits satisfactory standards overall; however, there are notable shortcomings regarding cleanliness, particularly in the corridors and stairwells. It is imperative to address this issue promptly to uphold a hygienic environment and ensure visitor satisfaction.
Furthermore, the current parking fares are deemed relatively expensive. It is recommended to review and potentially adjust pricing strategies to align more closely with market expectations and enhance accessibility for patrons.
Moreover, there is a notable absence of a mechanism to ascertain the availability of parking slots, which can lead to inconvenience for visitors. Implementing a system to indicate the occupancy status of parking spaces would greatly improve efficiency and user experience”
