“All was fine until we went to leave and the machine at the barrier said we owed £450! However the assistant who answered our button call very quickly checked and opened the barrier for us. So presumably some issue with the systems not updating properly but it did give us a bit of a scare!”
“I booked this specific parking area as it states in the description it is a covered walk way to departures. In fact it isn’t, there’s only part of it covered. I decided to place a formal complaint and a request a refund due to the issue. Myself, my family and all our luggage got soaked due to a thunderstorm upon our arrival and also more rain on departure.”
“Busy car park meaning you need to go 4 or 5 levels up to find a spot. The top floor is not covered. Feel like this car park is actually worse than the blue one which is cheaper.”
