Car was well secured and even though i made a pre booking by mistake obtained entrance ticket in which upon exit on 25th the support team cancelled smoothly

“Automatic barriers did not open for us. We were issued with a ticket. Had to email company whilst away to see what action to take on return. Advised to speak into intercom and quote booking reference. However barriers opened automatically so hopefully we will not be contacted renticket issued. Otherwise all fine.”
