“Because when I arrived to the car park it was closed and the sign said to use another car park eg. blue. I had to turn around,go to blue car park where it didn’t let me in because I had booking with green. I had to call the assistant and wait till someone answered. They let me in afterwards and amended my booking. What really made me angry was that the car park was so full I couldn’t find one space empty! There were cars having the same problem jist circling around ! Eventually I found probably one last space of all God knows where! So far and took me at least 20mins to find it! So over half an hour wasted just with this! Please make sure it doesnt happen next time!”

“All very good unless you need to extend your stay. You are unable to make a booking for additional days without having to exit the car park and re-enter, not easy when away. Had to ask relative to do this for me.”
