“Paid for self park, when I got there was actually a leave your keys car park. I had deliberately paid more money so that I could self park and keep my keys. Not happy, this is false advertising.”
“Our first time with APH Manchester and what a difference. The staff were pleasant and even helped with luggage, on and off the bus.
We chose the self-park option and keep our keys; unloading our luggage before being directed to a space - no need to look for one.
The return procedure worked well too. We will, hopefully, use this parking facility again.”
“Very good as usual however the staff are quite miserable (been like this for years) and whilst you stand in the line waiting to be served, the staff just sit behind the desk. One girl behind the desk was actually crying about something. Her manager should of helped her. The girl did serve me and was very polite.
What would be better if the staff just communicated too the waiting customers and let them know what's happening.”
“Excellent as always. Arrived as specified and only had to wait a few minutes for coach to depart. Driver gave very clear instructions as to order of terminals to be visited and called out each one as we arrived.
Clear instructions given as to where to catch coach on our return. Journey back to base all easy and smooth.”
