“Difficulty finding a space event though we arrived on a Sunday morning outside of school holidays. God only knows what it must be like when the kids are off. Eventually got a space near the exit and that brought it's own problem. By the time the bus got to us, it was full and drove straight past us. So that extended the waiting time. Just not enough buses for the volume of customers which we have experienced before. Pick up was a long wait too. 20+ minutes on a Thursday afternoon?
On the plus side, our flight had been delayed and we were slightly beyond our exit time with no issues.”
“alaways happy to use the jet parks 3 ,always busy ,but you can find a space taking time to drive around ,bus stops available and never to far from your parking space ,busses run regulary , could do with a better way to get cases up on top rails ,as if you have a heavy case not easy”
“Difficult to find a parking space on arrival. Transfer buses were infrequent and took a long time. On return again had to wait for a transfer bus and not everyone could get on.”
“Pros: easy entry via ANPR, found a space quickly (disabled), bus arrived quickly, helpful staff and friendly.
Cons: Car park is HUGE! Although not on this occasion, it CAN take a long time to find a parking space. Some of the parking is gravel which is very difficult to roll your case across.”
