“Parking was very chaotic with no order. It would have been much better to be assigned a zone rather than just driving around endlessly trying to find a parking spot. The car park is massive and with no way to know where spaces are, make sure you leave extra time to try and find a space.
On return we waiting forty minutes for a shuttle bus. Three buses for Jet Parks Ringway came and went, and we were left standing there after midnight. The car park again was chaotic at night-time; it would have been better for the bus driver to shout the bus stop numbers rather than leave the passengers try to work it out between themselves. Some customers were elderly and needed extra time to prepare for stops.
All in all, a very poor service which relies entirely on fending for yourself. We will not be using such a substandard service again.”
“Getting there is easy. Pickups to airport were frequent and bus staff very friendly and accommodating.
Only problem was finding a place because the carpack is so well used.”
“Busses were an absolute nightmare. They need at least 3 times the number of busses they have. Huge wait for a bus. Couldn't get on 1st one as full up. Rammed. Horrible. Will chose a different car park next time.”
