“Have used Jet parks 3 before and was really satisfied with the service. However, this time was very poor. We turned up nearly 3 hours before our flight and it was a good job because we waited 40 minutes for a bus and when it came they wouldn’t pick up because it was full. We ended up getting a taxi to the airport which added another cost to our holiday. No staff around to speak to and no explanation. Very disappointed and will probably not use again in the future.”
“The bus for collection took over 25 minutes to get to us at the terminal which meant the bus stop was extremely busy, leaving people behind. The driver mentioned staff shortages and a low number of collection buses actually running. Not great value for money”
