“Great as always, excellent directions to the car park. A little disappointed we made our way to the nearest bus stop only to find it was temporarily out of service. However the next one wasn't too far away. Waited a little longer than expected but the driver taking us to T2 was excellent, he assisted everyone with their cases and soon arranged an alternative coach when ours had a failure to do with the ramp. Chap on the way back wasn't so helpful, didn't assist anyone, bearing in mind it was dark he didn't let anyone know what stops we were approaching, we past 91,92,93 (we needed 98) then randomly 98, we pressed the button as soon as we saw it but he didn't stop so we had to walk back from the next stop, a heads up would have been nice once they were no longer in numerical order. The barrier didn't raise but the lady on the end of the help button was extremely helpful and raised it straight away.”

“Easy to find, didn't have to wait for transfer very long, bus drivers really friendly and helpful, it is a big park so would recommend taking a photo of where you have parked and what bus stop you used, so easy find on your return”
