“Service great, only downside is the wait for the shuttle bus to collect. The bus can be full and also having to lift cases into racking could be difficult.”
“Everything went extremely well. Found a parking place thanks to someone letting us know where all the spaces were. As we were leaving the car the bus was just pulling off the bus stop but the driver saw us and stopped. He even came and helped me with the suitcase and put it on the rack for me. Return was just as good. Didn't have to wait long for the bus. Unfortunately it was raining heavily as we got off the bus and got extremely wet......but that's something you can't do anything about!! Really good service and will definitely use you again.”
“Found the parking place ok but when we got there the scannner didn’t pick up my registration plate, had to phone up to get in got parked up ok.then on return we and a number of people stood for 35minutes waiting for a bus to take us to parking had to ask a driver of another bus to phone office to get us all picked up, then when we finally got picked up driver was driving alover the place round the car park in no order what so ever please put more drivers and buses on”
