“Convenient and efficient as always. Could provide better value for money eg through discounts for frequent flyers. Also ALL the Blue Badge spaces were occupied when we arrived around 7.30am on Monday 6th May - forcing us to trail round the car-park for about 10 minutes searching for a space. Can you increase the number of designated spaces or introduce a booking system guaranteeing a place?
Finally a problem with signposting (from Terminal One Arrivals Hall). Nowhere was there signage indicating which way to go for buses to any of the car parks - and NONE of the staff there seemed to know either. This is unacceptable - please liaise with the airport ops people to get it sorted. In the end a kind fellow-passenger helped us work out which way to go - otherwise we might still bve there searching randomly.”
“We arrived very late in total darkness but our cheerful driver called out the bus stop numbers which are very hard to see. This is a very helpful practice particularly when it is dark and raining.

Straight into car park with no issues, parked the car and bus arrived within 10 minutes.
On our return found the stand outside the airport no problem and bus arrived within 15 minutes straight back to car park in about 10 minutes and out the car park again camera recognised our number plate.”
