“Great long stay car park. Very reasonable prices. There are always plenty of spaces available and easily visible during day or night. Great friendly bus drivers and easy to spot bus stands. We always use Jet 3 and will continue to.”
“I feel that this car park was mis-sold. The frequency of the transfer buses is lower than in the description and the transfer time to the terminal is at least 14 minutes, or up to over 20 according to the signs on the bus stop, and my experience.
Additionally, on our outbound we had to wait 45 minutes for a transfer. When it finally arrived, the driver had no apology and nothing but attitude, including a completely illogical passive aggressive jibe at another customer. We had no time to grab a bite to eat in the terminal as the transfer and airport security was so slow. The return transfer was fine.
If this parking option was correctly advertised, I would have paid the extra £20 and got meet and greet.
