“I would recommens JetParks3 however one or two drawbacks. The car park is huge and on arrival there is no direction on where there are spaces. It took almost 15 minutes for us to find a space. Transfer to the airport was efficient, driver helped every passenger with their cases making sure they were stored safely. The exact opposite on return, the driver never left his seat at any point when we arrived at car park there was a car at the barrier who obviously had an issue the driver just sat there, eventually a passenger left the bus to help. All your your drivers should be consistent and your reviews would improve.”
“Have used Jet3 park many times but our recent visit wasn’t as good as we’d come to expect…firstly the barrier did not recognise us then when pressing for help response was slow found our booking and let us through…same happened on our return then said had no booking for our car reg eventually they sorted it”
“Easy enough to get to. Found a spot relatively easily, I was fortunate as its a turn up and see. Would benefit from a system that tells you when a bus is imminent. The shelters are not great for protecting you when it rains, which to be frank is often in the UK. Also think dedicated bus lanes to prevent you being stuck in congestion would be an absolute bonus. Its a shame there isn’t a quick rail link to the car park, that would make it perfect in an ideal world. So minor suggestions but overall a good car park. Slightly expensive in my opinion for simply parking your car and getting a ten minute shuttle in. I priced it up for teo weeks which I thought was unreasonable high.”
