“Even after a 3 hour delay on return flight there wasn't an extra to pay.
Easy to find easy to park easy to get on bus. Only difficulty is understanding the bus stop numbering and parking lot numbering. Also hearing the driver call out the stops isn't good on a busy bus.”
“The car park was extremely busy on arrival and we struggled to find any spare spaces for quite some time, an attendant would have helped here. It would be a better experience to have more shuttle buses in operation, on the way home a large group of us waited 15-20 minutes for a bus to arrive but not everyone could fit on so some were waiting longer, not ideal when you want to get home after a long day's travel. It would also be a good idea to have a live update screen at the airport to indicate when the next bus will be arriving.”
