“I booked meet and greet and was allocated T3 meet and greet. However my flight was from T2 so once I'd dropped my car off I was told I had a 4miniute walk to a bus stop then a bus journey to T2. As I've said it was meet and greet and this was not meet and greet. I am a disabled lady and book meet and greet as the Car park is always next to the terminal. On my return I spent 3/4 of an hour trying to find out which bus I had to catch to get back to my car. The man who worked at the meet and greet said he didn't know why I'd been sent to T3 other than they were full. If this was the case WHY was I not informed of this. I wouldn't have booked a meet and greet service that intailed walking and catching a bus.”
“Really could not have worked more smoothly. Checked the car in and on return I collected the car key from the self service locker ( scan the barcode on your receipt), the key had a tag on with the bay details in the multi story and away we went. Best I have used.”
“Excellent service, my second time, so knew where entry point is located.
Suggest that "M&G" sign (among the sea of signage) is not helpful to first time users.
Apart from that, the process is simple and efficient with very helpful staff in attendance if required.”

“Overall works well; two issues though. Firstly our number plate was not recognised on arrival ‘because it included a zero’ and secondly on pick up it was parked within an inch of the next vehicle and was VERY difficult to get out safely. Not what you need after a flight!!”
