“Generally good, although as a first time user I struggled to understand the check in system. When instructed by the screen to scan in I couldn't get any further. Had to ask for assistance. Perhaps clearer instructions are needed?”

But when I returned I just had my car valeted before we went away the driver mat was covered in mud and dirt and the pedals were also in tbe same state, this is unacceptable and I wasn't very happy as I had to clean the pedals and mat before my journey home, please can we leave the car in the same condition you found it,”
“Arrived on time, directed to parking bay, checked in, given receipt, told where to collect car key on return. On return, scanned code, picked up key and walked to car. Easy, no problems. However, I think the parking charge was too high. Would use again for convenience.”
