“I've used Meet & Greet a few times now and find it to be a very good service. Semi automated but easy to use. Not sure where my car was parked this time but was quite dirty and needed a wash when I got it back. Apart from that I will use them again.”

“straight forward, booked T3 M&G as depating for T3. Picked a hotel stay as well but did not know until I got there that the hotels are 20 minute walk away - not the end of the world but annoying at 4 in the morning before the travaltors are working!
returnin via T1 ("follow the signes for T3") until the signs ran out near the actual car park with a lift to somewhere else. I accept building woorm is ongong and temporary barriers seemed to block our way. friendly directions from a nice man from the buildongform, Mitie, got us back on track. The key retrieval and finding tthe car easy.”
“Overall service is great however when dropping the car off, why are the details already entered in the booking required again - departure/arrival flight details and other relatef information. Frustrating when there is a possibility of trying to rush to catch a flight.”
