“The only problem we had was the ANPR wouldn't recognise our number plate. This was rectified by ringing the assistance button. The man was lovely, sent a token to the machine so we could get out at a later date and let us in.”

“Simple to book. Easy access & plenty of spaces on the day I used it. Lift access straight into/from Terminal 1 for both Departures & Arrivals. Easy exit. Would be happy to use another time.”
“Ideal position and distance from Terminal 1 departures. Number plate recognition works! It's very popular so difficult to find a space until you reach the upper levels. Parked on Level 10. The route to the lift involves stairs which is not too friendly if you have much luggage. Overall very pleased and will use it again.”
