“First time I had used the multi story, found myself at the exit so had to go out and round again, barrier didn't open the second time, very helpful guy checked my reservation and opened the barrier. On the way out the barrier stayed down, obviously I had gone out before, again help was on hand. Very much appreciated their help.”
“I have used this car park on several occasions and highly recommend it as the booking process is easy, no tickets are required just arrive at the barrier and number plate recognition allows you in, find a space and then straight into the terminal. On return, the lifts are close to the arrival hall so the exit process is just as simple”
“Road approach signposting a bit confusing with Meet & Greet in same building?
Very convenient access to Terminal 1 Departures.
However, signposting from Arrivals less so. Initial Signs refer to separate odd & even CP Floors going in different directions for same CP but then the sign for even ones disappear outside? We used the odd ones (which were clear) & walked down from 13 to 12 where we were parked.”
“Arrived on a Friday lunchtime - getting to the car park from the M56 is easy and well sign posted. Car park was very busy but with auto recognition system I assume it makes certain to make sure spaces are available. If I had one complaint it would be price. Having paid just over £130 for a three week period at T2 meet and greet last year. Paying over £50 for 2 nights in the standard multi storey seems over priced.”
“Booked online. No problems entering car park , but would not let us out. It was just a case of pressing the help button and giving booking reference .A glitch on there system...”
“I generally use off-site car parks but because we were returning very late I wanted the convenience of being close to the airport. Returning to the car and leaving the car park was easy. However, parking was not so easy. I drove slowly up to level 11 before I could find a space. An electronic sign at the entrance showing how many spaces are on each floor would be very helpful”
