“Really disappointed that with the recent bad weather flights were cancelled but parking with APH was not flexible enough to cope with this factor despite having to re book at another APH site at Stanted Airport. I fully understand the cancellation policy but where alternative arrangements need to be made becuase of cancellations there needs to be more flexability within APH!”
