“Love multi storey T1…unfortunately we made a mistake with pick up time, I messaged a couple of days before when I realised but was told that nothing could be done. It cost us an extra £25 at the barrier which was so annoying!!”
“So convenient, wouldn't park anywhere else when using that terminal. Only one tiny complaint, not very well signed when arriving back into terminal 1. Poor signage”
“Very disappointed in the amount of spaces blocked off on every level, presumably because of concrete falling/ disrepair of structure. We are frequent flyers and It takes a long time after entering this car park to find a space. The position of car park is great, entering and leaving easy.. but oh my, ….if you could only put in place a sign saying how many spaces available on each level and perhaps, as on some other car parks, have a light above the space it would be amazing. … also, the road signs are in need of repainting.”
“It's positioned well at the airport but many of the spaces are tight for space. A medium family car has issues in some spaces. Large cars and 4x4/SUVs will have a number of spaces inaccessible”
