Going out the staff were very friendly and helpful however on our return trip they were completely different. Although we are both elderly pensioners the bus driver made no attempt to help with the heavy suitcases and infact drove away before we had stored them away or sat down.
The man on reception was incredibly grumpy, no welcome back.”
