“Straight forward directions from booking to exiting the car park, after a 7 holiday my car developed a flat battery i called the intercom from the exit barrier explained the situation the lady was very friendly she asked about my location and sent a member of the staff to help me jump start the car , the gentleman was very helpful and friendly,he brought his own personal jump starter and helped me start the car and be on my way , I can't thank enough the staff of Liverpool airport long stay. “Had a problem finding a parking place on arrival at 8.15 am but got one eventually. However on arrival to pick up our car in the dark we had a real problem finding the exit and went around several times before eventually finding it. Perhaps better signage and more lighting required. Otherwise car was safe.”
