“I have never used the long stay parking at Liverpool before, but will certainly be using it again it is easy to get to and extremely easy to get in and out of.”
“Our previous experience at this car park has been fkawless . However, on this occasion when we arrived the car park was almost full. After driving around for several minutes with a few other drivers also looking for spaces, we eventually found a space.
On our return the ANPR system did not activate the exit barrier. We contacted a very hdlpful and polite attendant who took our booking refrence only to be advised we were a letter or number short. Despite our booking reference only showing a total of 5 characters not once but twice in the booking confirmation.
After taking our vehicle details , names etc he interrogated another system available to him. He then confirmed our booking and opened the barrier. Users should be aware from our experience we were advised the booking reference should have x 5 charcters. However, on arrival, the entry barrier did automatically open for us. So we guess ther may have been a technical problem.
Despite this slight interference/ delay in our experience, we will still use the long-stay carpark again and give ourselves slightly more time to identify an available parking space. We have not experienced this on our previous visits in the past. All said it's a great company and great carpark.”
“So easy to book and parking and leaving is a breeze .Apart from the fact it is usually very busy . I wouldn't exactly say it was cheap but it is cheaper than a taxi”
“Easy to get too, and pre book customers dont have a ticket issued, both entry and exit all managed by number plate recognition. Long stay fee reasonable.”
