“Booking online very easy, entry to car park simple, plenty of spaces, and only a short distance to the terminal. Only issue was the instructions are out of date, expected a disk on entry to allow exit, but this did not happen due to registration number recognition system used.”
“Easy to find and smooth entry / exit. Only issue was instructions said to collect a ticket on entry and we would need this to exit the car park, but the machine did not issue one. After locating a staff member we discovered carpark is fully ANPR and not ticketed. This information needs reviewing and updating on instructions to save any confusion.”
“Perfect Service - as usual. Drive up to the barrier at the long stay car park, it reads your reg and 10 seconds later the barrier opens. It's then simple to park and a short walk to terminal. Similar service on return. WE love when we car use Liverpool airport compared to alternatives for this very reason.”
