“I have used parksmart about 8 times prior to this time. Upon arrival people were working on the barriers and they were open, I stopping and asked if my number plate would be recognised and was assured it would but upon departure the barrier didn’t open and didn’t recognise the barcode I had be emailed. I used the call button and was released after a short wait. Luckily it was very late and I didn’t hold up many people”
“Parked here many times as it’s so convenient and only a short walk to the terminal building. Always find a parking space easily and never had a problem with my car on return. Would highly recommend”
“Everything was very straightforward until the exit from the car park. We followed the instructions sent to us and used the ticket we received on entry to raise the barrier. Nothing happened and a charge was shown on the screen. We spoke to the attendant via the button on the machine and he had to check our details before allowing us to leave. This has happened on a couple of occasions now and has prevented me from giving you the full five stars.”
